Stacie M. Bytwork is a dedicated advocate for community development and economic empowerment, with over a decade of leadership experience as President and CEO of the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce. During her tenure, she has led transformative initiatives that have significantly fostered business growth and addressed the diverse needs of the community, region, and state.

Stacie is committed to nurturing the next generation of community leaders through her establishment of a county-wide leadership program, which continues to develop professionals into influential figures within their communities. Her extensive involvement in various local, regional, and state boards, including key leadership positions, highlights her dedication to advancing policies that enhance economic development, workforce growth, and retention.

She has served in leadership roles with organizations such as the Michigan Association of Chamber Professionals, the Michigan Works! Association, the Great Lakes Sports Commission, and the Networks Northwest Workforce Development Board. Stacie also held the position of Chair for the Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance in 2020 and 2021, where she advocated for policies to support rural businesses. Her expertise earned her a place in Governor Whitmer’s Growing Michigan Together Council’s Job, Talent & People workgroup.

A recent graduate of the Business Leads Program through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Stacie is a recognized voice in shaping Michigan’s future, driven by her passion for community improvement, growth, and economic development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University and has nearly ten years of valuable experience working in both the court system and the health department for Kalamazoo County Government.

In her personal life, Stacie values spending time with her daughters, husband, and family puppy; and fully embraces beach life, sporting events, and travel. Stacie and her family actively seek out new cultures and unforgettable experiences, always looking forward to the adventures that lie ahead.
