Michigan, like others are working to address the talent shortage. We need to help businesses, organizations and local governments attract the best and brightest.
Approach
Acuitas identified approaches to foster collaboration between public and private sectors to maintain and attract talent. From early childhood development to higher education, we developed a strategy to help businesses and organizations grow through education, funding and support.
Results
We delivered solutions and earned support to expand the number of smart, creative and innovative talent available. We accomplished this through addressing the needs of at-risk children through early childhood development and literacy programs, all of the way to supporting MiBright Future which meets the needs of employers.
